Methodology: This is a planning model, not a quote or a database of completed projects. Its fixed category assumptions range from 14–40 base hours for CRM, 6–22 for email, 10–30 for project management, 8–26 for support, 4–14 for SEO, and 20–60 for CMS migrations. It then adds 1–3 training hours per affected person, 1–3.5 hours per workflow, and 1–2 hours per 1,000 records according to the selected complexity. Replace the defaults with your own rates and inventory. The displayed validation buffer is not included in labor cost.

What this estimate includes

This calculator combines subscription delta, hands-on migration work, workflow rebuild time, record-volume effort, and retraining. It also shows a separate validation buffer, but it does not price downtime, vendor implementation services, taxes, parallel subscriptions, data cleanup surprises, or lost productivity.
